OCIES 2018: Conference Dinner Information

Please join us 6.30pm on Wednesday 21st November 2018 at Te Wharewaka Function Centre on the Wellington waterfront for pre-dinner canapés and a glass of wine on arrival. This will be followed by a Māori Style Buffet dinner and entertainment.

The Conference Dinner is built into your registration fee, so you need not pay separately for this event.

We look forward to seeing you there.

OCIES 2018: Airport transport

An airport shuttle bus is available at the airport to take you to your accommodation. Buses are familiar with the location of all lodgings. Depending on your arrival time, it can take around 20 minutes from airport to city. The cost is around $20 – you pay in cash to the driver.

You can either catch a shuttle bus from outside the airport or make an online booking. Here are 2 options:

Conference participants should gather at 48 Kelburn Parade (by the Overbridge at Kelburn Campus) at 1.40pm for a briefing.
