CONNECTIVITY: RE-IMAGINING OUR RELATIONAL FUTURES TOGETHER
We are all connected: humans, non-humans, the unseen. This relational worldview is more important now than ever before, if for no other reason than our own survival as a species. Inspired by collaborative efforts in ancient Oceanic voyaging that drew from knowledge systems in Polynesia, Micronesia, and Melanesia, this keynote shines a spotlight on collaboration and “relational flexibility” in order to harness the power of multiple knowledge systems to find solutions that could lead to a peaceful, prosperous, and progressive future.
